Microsoft has announced that they are currently investigating an issue impacting external users trying to access SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business using email One Time Passcode (OTP) authentication.
The issue, reported under references SP852171 and OD852173 in the admin center, appears to be preventing these users from gaining the necessary access to these services.
"We're investigating an issue in which any external user with email One Time Passcode (OTP) authentication may be unable to access SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business," Microsoft 365 Status tweeted.
