Homegrown electronics brand Cellecor Gadgets recently announced two strategic collaborations with the aim of expanding its market presence and distribution reach. The company said that it has partnered with Hello Mobiles Pvt Ltd to enhance its retail footprint in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and with Comexcell Technologies to extend its distribution network in Uttar Pradesh.

Now, the electronic brand has informed exchanges that it has acquired complete ownership of Cellecor Foundation. "This acquisition marks a major advancement in expanding our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives," the company said.

"Cellecor Gadgets Limited is committed to improving educational opportunities for disabled and underprivileged children as it believes that “Education is every child’s right”," the company said in the filing.

Meanwhile, Cellecor Gadgets' collaboration with Hello Mobiles, one of South India’s leading and most trusted retail chains, will significantly increase the availability of Cellecor’s diverse product range. Customers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will now have direct access to a wide array of Cellecor products, including Smart TVs, Smart Gadgets, Mobile Phones,  and Home Appliances, at Hello Mobiles retail outlets.

Hello Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. operates primarily in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, focusing on retailing mobile phones, accessories, and electronics. The company has been expanding its presence in the electronic retail space, offering a variety of products from leading brands.
