BSNL offers new Rs 98 prepaid recharge plan with 2GB daily internet data with Eros Now subscription - Check full details

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with a revised version for its Rs. 98 prepaid recharge plan, as the company is now offering 2GB data benefits on a daily basis. The company is also providing an Eros Now subscription with this plan. The Eros Now subscription will also be available with other recharge plans, including the Rs. 298, Rs. 333, and Rs. 444 recharges. Earlier, the Rs. 98 BSNL prepaid recharge plan was coming with 1.5GB data per day for 26 days. BSNL launched this plan under 'Data Tsunami' offer. The offer is looking live on BSNL's Haryana and Tamil Nadu websites. The new Rs. 98 prepaid recharge plan, on the website is showing that the new plan is now offering 2GB data per day along with Eros Now subscription.

However, the validity of the new plan will be of 24 days, unlike the original Rs. 98 recharge plan that had 26 days of validity. Also, the Eros Now subscription will only be valid till the execution period of the respective plan. Other than Rs 98 plan, the BSNL subscribers can get access of Eros Now subscription by recharging with the Rs. 298 plan (STV 298), "Triple Ace" Rs. 333 recharge plan or "BSNL Chaukka" Rs. 444 recharge plan.

In the current telecom battle among the all the major players like, Jio, Vodafone, Airtel, Idea; the BSNL has also come up with a new revised data limit plan.

However, it will be challenging for the state owned telecom player BSNL to pair with Reliance's Jio and its plans, as the latter has been aggressive on various discounts, offers, unlimited data based schemes etc.
