Cook has been the CEO of Apple - one of the world's largest tech companies - for over a decade now but was not aware of the feature that lets users name group chats.
The Appel CEO admitted that he didn't name his iMessage groups and even asked the journalist if he named high group chats.
“The best name? I don’t name them. Do you name yours? Interesting. I may take that on,” Cook said.
After learning about this feature, Cook decided to name the group chat of his college roommates as 'Roommates'.
During the interview, Cook also revealed that he gets up at 4 am. He starts his day with emails and sales reports on his iPhone. He uses other Apple products like MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac while working. While travelling, he prefers carrying an iPad Pro and uses AirPods to listen to his jams.
Even when he is working out, Cook sticks to Apple products in order to track his health records and workouts.
Talking about his philosophy towards work, Cook said that on many occasions has has to let go of 'good' ideas in order to make sure that he comes across some 'great' ideas.
This incident highlights a very important fact that even top CEOs may not have all the information about their own products.
