Amazon Kindle Paperwhite has been refreshed with new features like better screen and more storage power. Kindle Paperwhite is reportedly the thinnest-ever and water-resistant too. However, the device is more than $100 cheaper than Kindle Oasis, which was launched last year. Amazon promises this new device will  give readers a different reading experience.

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite reportedly has Bluetooth and also Audio support through which the users can switch back and forth while listening and reading by connecting with headphones or a speaker.  However, to get this feature, the users need to have audible and eBook formats.

The device is not just thinner it is also lighter than Kindle Oasis. Its additional LED light makes the screen brighter even in the dark, making it more reader-friendly, CNBC reported. The display of Kindle Paperwhite is now more durable and scratches do not appear even if it is kept without cover.

Besides that, the device can also withstand water even if it is dropped in the bath, or a pool. Kindle Paperwhite reading experience can easily be personalised. The user can change font, type size  and setting with just a tap.

It is also easier to find your next read on the device based on your reading history. You can link Bluetooth easily to a speaker and listen to all your Audible books. Users can change fonts according to your convenience or while giving it to your child.  

The price of the device for 8 GB model starts from $130 and with 32GB of storage capacity it will cost $160.
