Global smartphone brand Vivo on Monday announced the expansion of its Y series portfolio with the launch of all-new Vivo Y51A smartphone in India priced at Rs 17,990 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM (expandable up to 1TB).

Vivo Y51A handset is available for purchase in two colour options- titanium sapphire and crystal symphony, the brand said. The launch offers for the new Vivo Y51A include Rs 1,000 cashback from HDFC Bank, zero down payment schemes from Bajaj Finserv, Home Credit, IDFC First Bank, HDB Credit and ICICI Bank and benefits from Vi.
The Vivo Y51A offers 48MP rear camera along with other premium modes like Ultra Stable video, Super Night mode and Macro mode. According to the company, Vivo Y51A rear camera is powered by Ultra-Stable video with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) technology that aligns individual frames and automatically corrects unstable movements.

The brand said that Vivo Y51A triple camera setup also lets users to take wider shots with a wide-angle lens and close-up macro shots with the dedicated macro lens, the company said in a statement. The smartphone also has Super Night Camera capabilities for both front and rear which reduces the noise and capture beautiful shades of night even in low light.
On the front, the smartphone has a 16MP camera for brilliantly clear selfies. Also, Vivo Y51A smartphone features a 16.71cm (6.58) Halo FullView display with FHD+ (2408X1080) resolution, providing a wide and immersive experience for both videos and games.
Vivo Y51A also offers a long-lasting battery of 5000mAh with 18W Fast Charge ensuring an unstoppable smartphone experience along with Reverse Charging feature.
The Vivo Y51A comes with an advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 6-series processor. The device is also powered with the latest Funtouch OS 11, which is based on Android 11 for providing the latest Android experience.
The new Vivo Y51A is available on the company's e-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq along with all partner retail stores.
Like all vivo devices, the Y51A follows Vivo’s commitment to ‘Make in India’ and is manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility, the company said.
