Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 launch: Samsung's next flagship smartphones under the Galaxy S23 lineup-- the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be launched at the Unpacked event which is scheduled for the first week of February.

"Although the executive did not specify the city or the precise launch date, the event is expected to take place in San Francisco. Since the pandemic, this will be the first Unpacked event held in-person. "The S23 series will be shown during our own Unpacked event in the US, which will be held in February," the executive was quoted as saying in the IANS report.

Earlier this month, another report also mentioned that the tech giant was likely to launch Galaxy S23 series in early February next year. It was reported last week that the Galaxy S23 series will feature Qualcomm's third-generation ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

It is still unclear whether it will feature the same 3D Sonic Max sensor Qualcomm debuted earlier this year or a completely different fingerprint scanner.'

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications 

Galaxy S23 Ultra may with top-end features, including a massive 5,000mAh battery, 200MP main camera, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and more in early 2023. According to an IANS report,  A tipster shared a real-life image of the upcoming S23 Ultra's battery, reports GSMArena. The device is rumoured to have a new 'ISOCELL 200MP' sensor for its main camera. The smartphone might have the same 10MP periscope as its predecessors.

It is expected to come with a 6.8 inch AMOLED display and a faster fingerprint scanner, the report said. Earlier, the device was reported to be offering 25W fast charging support. It is expected that the S23 Ultra will receive some minor improvements over the S22 Ultra.

The screen will be curved, and the 40MP front camera will have a hole-punch cutout in the top centre. A new 200MP main camera could be on the back. The device might house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
