Xiaomi Mi11 Lite launch: After the launch of the Mi 11X, Mi 11X Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra smartphones in India, the Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new phone in its Mi 11 series here. The company has now announced that the Mi 11 Lite will be launched on June 22nd, 2021 at 12 noon in the country.

Xiaomi India took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote: "The wait is over!. The slimmest, the lightest, and the most loaded smartphone of 202 is here! #Mi11Lite marks its India debut at 12 noon on June 22nd. We are super excited. Are you?"

In a media Invite, the company said: "We are back with another exciting launch bringing the slimmest, the lightest, and the most loaded smartphone of 2021! Block your date for the Lite and Loaded launch of the year on June 22nd at 12 noon. Stay tuned to our social media channels for more updates."

The Mi 11 Lite is being touted as the “thinnest, lightest, and most loaded smartphone of 2021”. However, there's no word on Xiaomi will reveal the 4G or 5G version of the Mi 11 Lite in India. The Mi 11Lite 5G is backed by the Snapdragon 780G SoC, while the Mi 11 Lite 4G opts for a Snapdragon 732G chipset. 

The Mi 11 Lite 4G and 5G both feature a 90Hz AMOLED panel with one Billion colors. They also feature a triple-camera setup with a 64 MP sensor at the helm. Both phones pack a 4250 mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. According to the leaks, Mi 11 Lite may carry a price tag between Rs 25,000-Rs 30,000. Please note that this is just a speculation, readers are advised to wait for official announcement.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi India announced that its Mi 11X series of devices has witnessed record sales worth over Rs 300 crore in just 45 days of its launch. Both Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro feature revolutionary cameras, latest flagship Snapdragon 870 and 888 series chipsets, powerful Dolby stereo speakers, 120Hz E4 Super AMOLED display, and fast charging capabilities that aims to offer a premium smartphone experience.

Mi 11X Pro (with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip) is available in 8GB +128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants at Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. Mi 11X (with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chip) is available in 6GB +128GB and 8GB +128GB variants for Rs 29,999 and Rs 31,999 respectively, starting April 27.
