"On Tuesday 12 July 2022 at 8:30 pm IST, during the Nothing (event): Return to Instinct, we will be revealing the second device in our ecosystem, Nothing phone (1).  It’s our first smartphone, and our most important product," the company said in a statement.

"The real start of Nothing’s journey. To make tech fun again. And an invitation to unlearn everything the industry has taught us. The launch will be a live event in London, with the live-stream on nothing.tech," the brand further added.

In an earlier event, Nothing CEO Carl Pei revealed some information about the device. The company recently announced the Nothing OS Beta launcher. The Nothing Launcher is available on Google Play Store and it has been designed in a way to distinguish Nothing Phone interface from others.

Recently, Carl Pei also shared that the new phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. Some leaks have suggested that the Nothing phone (1) is expected to feature extremely thin bezels with a cut-out for the front camera at the top centre of the device.

The phone is expected to get a screen size of around 6.6-inch. All these details are not at all official so readers are advised to wait for official announcement from the brand.
