CMF Phone 1 Launch In India: The price of CMF Phone 1 has been leaked on a social media platform ahead of its launch in India. The leak suggests that the smartphone's box price is expected to be under the Rs 20,000 mark. Titled the CMF Phone 1, it will be the first smartphone by Nothing’s sub-brand CMF, which is all set to make its debut in the Indian smartphone market. This comes amidst another leak which indicated details about the chipset of the handset and expandable storage.

Several reports about the CMF Phone 1 have been doing the rounds for the last few weeks, and the majority of them have been related to its price tag. The new leak suggests that the basic variant of the new smartphone will cost around Rs 19999. Other reports speculate that it will cost slightly less than the price mentioned in the box and it might be sold at Rs 18,000 without a discount while it might be available for as low as Rs 17,000 with additional discounts. 

If rumours are proven to be true, it will make the CMF Phone 1 the most affordable smartphone in India by the Carl Pei-led startup challenging the Nothing Phone 2a by nearly Rs 4,000. A microsite for the upcoming release of the smartphone is already live on the e-commerce site Flipkart, without delving into any specifications.

As per the leak on social media, the CMF Phone 1 might have a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC processor. It claims the new smartphone might be available in two UFS 2.2 storage variants of 128GB and 256GB. 

It is also expected that the handset might have a 6.7-inch OLED display along with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone is expected to have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It might also feature a 50-megapixel front or selfie camera. Reports suggest that the CMF Phone 1 might be supported by a 5,000mAh battery along with provision for up to 33W wired fast charging.
