Nokia G42 5G with Snapdragon 480 Plus launch at Rs 16,999
The latest smartphone by Nokia will be exclusively available at retail outlets and Nokia.com from October 18 onwards.
The Nokia G42 5G has finally arrived in India. The smartphone is available in only one variant i.e. 16GB + 256GB and three colour options - So Grey, So Purple and So Pink. The smartphone has been priced at Rs 16,999. "This device aims to deliver an exceptional 5G experience, generous storage capacity, and a strong commitment to eco-conscious design," the company said in a release.

The company said that on the purchase of the Nokia G42 5G at select retail outlets, customers can receive complimentary Bluetooth headphones worth Rs 999 for a limited period.
The Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G chipset powers the Nokia G42 5G. With 16GB of RAM (8GB Physical and 8GB Virtual RAM) and a spacious 256GB of storage, the Nokida G42 5G provides ample space to users.
The device runs on Android 13 out of box and Nokia promises a two-year OS upgrade. The Nokia G42 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery and the company claims that it offers three-day battery life and can last through 800 full charging cycles
In terms of camera, it has a 50MP main camera, 2MP macro and 2MP depth auxiliary cameras. For selfies, the smartphone has an 8MP front camera.

HMD Global has also launched Nokia C32 (12GB +128GB) variant in India. Nokia C32 is now available at retail stores, Nokia.com and online partners at Rs 10,499. Nokia C32 is now available in 3 memory Variants- 12GB + 128GB, 7GB + 128GB and 7GB + 64GB.
