iQOO Z7 Pro 5G launch date in India confirmed: iQOO has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming smartphone - iQOO Z7 Pro 5G. The smartphone, first teased last month, has already created a lot of buzz as it will feature a curved display. The images also showed that the iQOO Z7 Pro will also have very slim side bezels and a centrally-aligned punch-hole camera on the front.

iQOO Z7 Pro 5G launch date: Expected feature

According to reports, the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G is expected to come with MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC (System on Chip). It may have a 6.78-inch display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The display is expected to support a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Reports also suggest that the smartphone will be available in two variants. The top variant of iQOO Z7 may have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The other variant of the smartphone may come with 8GB of RAM.

In terms of camera, the iQOO Z7 Pro is likely to have a 64-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS). It is expected to be accompanied by a 2-megapixel camera. The smartphone may include a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. The device is likely to have a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to be priced at around Rs 25,000.

Earlier, iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo, launched Z7 in March and according to the company it became highest selling smartphone on the first day of sale in the 15-20K price segment.

The iQOO Z7 5G has been priced at Rs 18,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. However, the effective price - after some discount - is Rs 17,499. Similarly,  the 8GB + 128GB variant of the iQOO Z7 has been priced at Rs 19,999 but the effective price is Rs 18,499.
