iQOO 9T 5G India launch: Smartphone brand iQOO on Thursday confirmed the launch date of its latest mobile phone in India. The company will launch iQOO 9T in India on August 2. Also, the Amazon listing confirms that the company will launch date of this new smartphone.
The Amazon listing also revealed that the smartphone will sport a BMW Motorsport-inspired design with three colour stripes on the rear panel. The teaser image also shows the triple rear camera setup. The smartphone is also said to feature Vivo's V1+ imaging chip which was used in the recently launched Vivo X80 Pro. According to the brand, the iQOO 9T will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipset.

The iQOO 9T will be the brand's flagship offering, although the debut date and other details the smartphone are unknown. The smartphone is expected to be released in India later this month. The phone is expected to cost around Rs 40,000- 45,000 in India.
According to a report from BGR India, the iQOO 9T will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen will be HDR10+ certified and have Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is expected to have an under-screen fingerprint scanner for added security. It will boot on Android 12 OS out of the box and have FunTouch OS on top.
The smartphone will come powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It is expected to pack a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The device will come with a triple camera system on the back with a 50MP Samsung GN5 main lens, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP tertiary sensor, likely to be a telephoto sensor. The main camera will offer OIS with iQOO’s gimbal-style stabilization technology. On the front, it will have a 16MP selfie snapper.
