OnePlus 9RT Launch: Cryptic tweets from the official Twitter handle of Oneplus India suggests that OnePlus 9RT smartphone and OnePlus Buds Z2 true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones will be launching in India soon.

The two tweets contained cryptic messages in Morse code. The first tweet said, "Get ready to decode greatness. Coming soon!" When the Morse is translated, it means 'ONEPLUS 9Æ'.

 

The second tweet said, "Get ready to play with silence. Coming soon!" When the Morse code is translated, it means 'ONEPLUS BUDS Z2'.

 

The smartphone is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 9RT, which was launched in China, back in October. Now famous tipster Mukul Sharma and 91Mobiles have spotted an advertisement on Google Search results that suggests that the smartphone will launch in India soon and will be available for sale via e-commerce platform Amazon India.

The OnePlus 9RT was launched in one single storage variant in China that was priced at CNY 3,299 (around Rs 38,800) for the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model. The India model of the smartphone is expected to come with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The Mobile Indian report, citing a source revealed that the OnePlus RT will be priced at Rs 39,999 in India. It is expected to offer 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

According to the BGR India reports, the smartphone will be priced at Rs 37,999. The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage variant is likely to be priced at Rs 34,999. It also revealed that that the brand might also launch OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS earbuds in India on December 16.

These earbuds might be available in Obsidian Black and Pearl White colour options. It is expected that the launch OnePlus 9RT will affect the India pricing of OnePlus 9R. It is expected to be available at Rs 34,999 in India.
