Honor 200 set to launch in India with Magic OS 8.0; Check key features

Honor 200 series: Technology brand Honor is set to launch its upcoming Honor 200 (H200) series in the Indian market, the company announced has announced. The upcoming series is said to feature Magic OS 8.0 which is claimed by the company as the first intent-based UI along with an AI experience powered by Honor’s proprietary MagicLM on-device AI large language model. 

Key features of Honor 200

The company has claimed that the MagicLM has been specifically engineered to enhance natural language understanding and processing across text and speech interactions, and it will ensure smoother and more intuitive user interactions. With its Snapdragon 8s Gen3, MagicLM is expected to enhance personalization and security and redefine user engagement. By processing data locally, it ensures personalized experiences while prioritizing user privacy. 

The Honor 200 series with the MagicRing is said to bring features that enhance user digital interactions by simplifying multitasking across devices with a seamless swipe, allowing easy access and management of multiple apps. It supports up to 8 concurrent services such as network sharing, screen sharing, keyboard and mouse sharing, camera sharing, window sharing, file sharing, call sharing, and notification sharing. Magic Anywhere Door will offer a streamlined file transfer experience through simple drag-and-drop operations.

Magic Capsule, a versatile touchscreen interface, is said to simplify access to essential functions like calls and alarms, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple apps.

Other interesting features in the MagicOS 8.0 include Magic Lock Screen that offers a full screen Always on Display, allowing you to customize and personalize your lock screen uniquely. It also includes Parallel Spaces for enhanced security, which functions independently with completely isolated contacts and information, equipped with respective app galleries.
