Call of Duty Mobile Season 5 'In Deep Water' set to release on THIS date! Check timings, latest features, maps, weapons, and more

Call of Duty Mobile Season 5 launch date: In good news for gamers around the world, including India, Activision is set to launch the upcoming ​Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5 In Deep Water, which brings ghost back to the forefront of things with a new themed event, plus new maps, Operators, Weapon Blueprints, and 50 Battle Pass Tiers.

Call of Duty Mobile Season 4 of the game is expected to wrap up at 5:30AM IST on June 29 as per the timer. It looks like the Season 5 of Call of Duty Mobile will begin at 5:30AM IST on June 30.

"Prepare for a fresh shipment of free and premium content in the Season 5 Battle Pass, featuring new ocean-ready Operators, a new functional weapon, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, Charms, Call of Duty Points (CP), and more. Summon a trained companion with the new K9 Unit Operator Skill unlocked at Tier 14. Expand your arsenal with the new CR-56 AMAX functional weapon at Tier 21. Other free Tier items include the Kilo Bolt-Action - Warship, the Combat Axe - Lighthouse, and more," the company wrote in a blog post.

The new season update comes with three new maps, called Suldal Harbor, Docks and Aniyah Incursion. The Suldal Harbor map supports 5v5 and 10v10 gameplay as it is a medium-sized tactical map composed of shipping crates, narrow alleyways and close-quarter interiors.

Docks is a small-sized shipyard on the River Thames, which supports Gunfight only. The map has room for vertical play, with two small covered areas. Aniyah Incursion is a bombed-out palace located over a landscape surrounded by military supplies and housing. The map is supported in 10v10 and Attack of the Undead modes.

The marquee event for season 5 will be Sea of Steel, where the players will have to choose a side: Ghosts or the Federation. They will have to bombard their enemies and capture territory to earn rewards for completing various daily tasks. The faction with the most map nodes at the end of the event wins.

Two new multiplayer modes will be added: Cranked: Confirmed and Ground Mission. Cranked: Confirmed is a mix of Cranked and Kill Confirmed. Ground Mission brings Domination to the big stage with five capture points and 10v10 play. Apart from this, players will also get new weapons, a new character, and more. They will also be able to take part in seasonal challenges, lucky draws and get bundles.
