The US-based tech giant Apple is likely planning to launch at least 4 new iPhones -- iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max (not Mini), iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 8, AirPods Pro 2 and more on September 7  with a pre-recorded event video. This time, the iPhone 14 lineup will consist of two ‘non-pro’ models and two ‘high-end’ models, no Mini this time.

As per MacRumors report, while the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Series 8 will likely be the headline product unveilings at Apple's September event, there could be other announcements, including an iOS 16 release date and more. The report revealed  that two devices with 6.1-inch screens and two sporting the 6.7-inch models will be launched at the event. In terms of pricing, iPhone 14 Pro will be $1,099 (around Rs 87,838.12) whereas the iPhone 14 Pro Max will cost $1,199 (around Rs 95,830.67). However, the price of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will rise to $1099 and $1199, respectively, due to increased component costs and Apple's drive to separate Pro and non-Pro iPhones, the MacRumors report said.

The report further mentioned the Apple is also expected to replace the iPhone 13 mini with a Max version, which might result in a price increase of roughly $300. The iPhone 14 Series will be made available for pre-booking from September 9. At the same time, the sale of this series will start on September 16.

Apple is expected to launch three smartwatch models this year. These are likely to include Apple Watch Series 8, the new Apple Watch Series SE model and a rugged model. As per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman’s latest newsletter Power On, the rugged model that will be the company’s extreme sports option will be branded Pro, the MacRumors further reported. 

For the first time, AirPods Pro may come with support for lossless playback. It is also expected that the tech giant will improve the health management and fitness tracking features in the upcoming AirPods Pro. However, more details are awaited in this segment, the BGR India report said.
