Apple has launched the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus smartphones. Both these smartphones will have the Dynamic Island on the front and come with a Super Retina XDR display with OLED.

Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus - Price in India

The price of the iPhone 15 starts at $799 for 128GB and the iPhone 15 Plus starts at $899 for 128GB. The prices of these devices in India are mentioned below:

- 512GB: ₹1,09,900

Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus Display

While the iPhone 15 has a 6.1-inch display, the iPhone 15 Plus comes with a 6.7-inch display. They both offer a peak HDR brightness of 1600 nits and a peak outdoor brightness of 2000 nits. When compared to the iPhone 14, the display is two times brighter.

According to Apple, it has used aerospace-grade aluminium enclosures. The smartphones will be available in five colours i.e. Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue and Black. 

The company also emphasized that 75 per cent recycled aluminium has been used in the enclosure and 100 per cent recycled cobalt in the battery along with 100 per cent recycled copper foil in the main logic board and MagSafe charger.

Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus Camera

These smartphones come with a new dual rear camera setup with a primary camera of 48MP. It also allowed 2x telephoto zoom. 

Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus Chipset

These smartphones are powered by the A16 Bionic chipset. It is well known that the chip was first launched on the iPhone 14 Pro.

According to the company, the iPhone 15 has an all-day battery life and the iPhone 15 Plus has "a bigger, longer-lasting battery, too."

Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus - USB-C

USB-C has become a universally accepted standard and Apple is following the new norm by introducing USB-C to iPhone 15. The same cable can charge Mac, iPad, iPhone, and even AirPods Pro 2nd Generation, now updated with a new USB C connector.

iPhone 15 and 15 Plus also support Qi 2 wireless charging.
