Apple iPhone 14 launch date: Apple has announced that it will launch its latest iPhones - iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro Max on September 7 at Apple 'Far Out' event. The Cupertino-based tech giant is also planning to launch 3 new Apple Watches, iOS 16 roll out date, and other services. This will be an in-person event at Apple's Cupertino campus in the US. The tech giant will also stream the launch event online.
According to Apple, the company stream the launch event online on all its social media platforms and website including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. In terms of pricing, a MacRumors report said that Apple iPhone 14 Pro will be $1,099 (around Rs 87,838.12) whereas the iPhone 14 Pro Max will cost $1,199 (around Rs 95,830.67). However, the price of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will rise to $1099 and $1199, respectively, due to increased component costs and Apple's drive to separate Pro and non-Pro iPhones,
The iPhone 14 Series will be made available for pre-booking from September 9. At the same time, the sale of this series will start on September 16, the report further said.
In terms of specifications, MacRumors in its report said the Pro models will be powered by the A16 Bionic chipset and the non-Pro models will retain the A15 chip. As per IANS, a recent report said that Samsung Display will be applying different grades of materials on the OLED panels it will manufacture for the upcoming iPhone 14 series depending on the model tiers. It will use its latest and most advanced material set for the higher tier iPhone 14 models, while it will use its prior generation set for the lower tier ones. The move is being made to save costs.
