In good news for OnePlus fans around the world, the smartphone manufacturer OnePlus on Friday announced the  first Android 13 Beta as part of the Developer Preview Program for the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G. OnePlus 10 Pro users now have an early opportunity to experience the latest version of Android.

"This build of Android 13 is best suited for developers and other advanced users. By providing access to Android 13 at an early stage, app developers and other early adopters in our community are able to start creating even better software experiences," the company wrote in a blog post. 

To install Android 13 beta, please make sure the battery level is above 30 per cent and a minimum 4GB of storage space is available.

​Please note that this upgrade method only works for IN  (India) and EU versions,. This upgrade method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first.

- Download the latest upgrade zip package from the specified server.

- Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.

- Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.

Go back Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.

- After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.

- Update successful.

Here are the other devices eligible for the Android 13 beta under the developer preview programme: Asus Zenfone 8, Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, Oppo Find X5 Pro, Realme GT 2 Pro, Vivo X80 Pro, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 5, Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G, Sharp Aquos Sense6 and ZTE Axon 40 Pro.
