Amazon Great Indian Sale: Deal to watch out for! Apple iPhone 11 to be available for less than Rs 50,000

Amazon Great Indian Sale: The e-commerce giant is set to host its month long Great Indian Sale starting October 17 with several deals and discounts on smartphones. And, a deal to watch out for is on the Apple iPhone 11. Launched last year in September, the iPhone 11 will be available for less than Rs 50,000 for the very first time in India, a teaser on Amazon website confirms.  

There is a banner on the Amazon India website noting that the iPhone 11 price during the sale will be Rs 4x,999. “The most powerful iPhone ever at the lowest ever price,” claims the banner, hinting at a big discount on the 64GB variant of the iPhone 11.  

For those unaware, the iPhone 11 otherwise costs Rs 68,300. It was launched at a price of Rs 64,990. But the price went up since. What already seems like an excellent deal, will get better if purchase is carried out using a HDFC Bank card, on which Amazon is offering additional 10 per cent discount during the Great Indian Sale.

The Apple iPhone 11 sports a 6.1-inch LCD display with thin bezels. It is assisted by a 3,110mAh Li-ion battery that can provide the required power backup to keep it alive for long hours. The smartphone is armed with dual primary cameras - 12MP + 12MP lenses. 

Both Flipkart and Amazon are gearing up for the festive sale in the coming weeks. While Flipkart has announced that its Big Billion Days sale will start from October 16 and run for six days, Amazon’s sale starts a day after. This year Amazon is betting big on Small and Medium Businesses in its sale. It said that the sale will be focused on SMBs and customers will get 10 per cent discount after purchasing from them.
