Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Track your fitness non-stop
Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Boult Audio Rover is a round-dial smartwatch that looks classic.
Boult Audio Rover: The global smartwatch market is growing at a fast pace. The main reason behind the steady growth is more and more people becoming health conscious. The availability of affordable smartwatches is another crucial factor. Boult Audio recently launched a smartwatch Rover which gives up to 10 days of battery life and an HD calling experience. I used the watch for a couple of weeks and here's how it fared in the review.
Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Design and Display
Boult Audio Rover is a round-dial smartwatch that looks classic. The smartwatch has 1.3 inches AMOLED screen. The bezels are big but the zinc alloy frame has been designed to give the watch a sporty look. Also, the size of the watch is big but fits comfortably on my wrist. However, some people may find it to be a little oversized.

Boult Audio Rover offers vivid colours and contrast ratios are fair enough. It also has a plentiful of watch faces - over 150. So one can easily find something that suits his or her personality or a new look to flaunt every day. Also, you will get a custom watch face option but you can store only one customized watch face at a time.
The watch offers vivid colours and decent contrast ratios. Analysing activities was not a problem even when the sun is at its brightest. The 600 nits high brightness is quite handy.
There are two buttons on the right side of the smartwatch - one of them is mainly to enhance the design. The review box I received had the straps in black, green and blue colours. While the black looks elegant, the green strap goes really well with the design and colour of the dial and is my favourite.
Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Battery and Charger
The company says that the smartwatch offers 10 days of battery life and I can vouch for it. However, this is only in cases where you are using the watch in standard mode and only for tracking your activities. Using features like an always-on display and Bluetooth or BT calling will of course deplete the battery faster. Overall, the battery life is good.

It comes with a magnetic charger and can easily attach to the bottom of the Boult Audio Rover smartwatch. It can be charged using any USB Type-A port.
Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Performance
Step counts, heart rate tracking and oxygen level are only indicative, the sleep-tracking ability seems good. One can easily connect the smartwatch with the BoultTrack app to keep a tab on all these things. There will be detailed data on each and everything on the app and the user interface is quite simple.
The watch comes with an IP67 rating, which means it is fully protected from dust ingress and immersion between 15 centimetres and 1 meter in depth.
Boult Audio Rover Smartwatch Review: Verdict
Smartwatches not only encourage us to follow an active lifestyle and stay healthy they are also a symbol of class and style statement these days. Boult Audio Rover smartwatch is lightweight and the bands are comfortable on the hand. With all the features offered, Boult Audio Rover at Rs 2,999 is one of the best value-for-money smartwatches in the market.
