Uber Lost and Found Index 2023: Ride-hailing platform Uber has released its Lost and Found Index for 2023 which highlights the most frequently forgotten items. It also talks about the days of the week and times of the year when Uber riders tend to be the most forgetful and most forgetful cities.
According to Uber Lost and Found Index 2023, Delhi has bagged the title of the most forgetful city in the country. With this, the national capital has ended Mumbai’s two-year run at the top. Hyderabad made an entry into the top 4 most forgetful cities for the first time, while 2019’s most forgetful city, Bangalore, made a comeback, being the fourth most forgetful city.
This insight also aims to educate riders about in-app options available to them at the tap of a button if they lose or forget something in their Uber during their trip.
“This annual survey is a fun and informative way of reminding our riders how easy it is to raise a retrieval request for a lost item in-app, and with a busy summer travel season on the anvil, we thought it was a good time for a quick refresher.” said Nitish Bhushan, Director, Central Operations.
Step-by-step guide for riders to get lost Items:
Step 1: Tap on “Menu” icon.
