Stock Market Today 25 Aug 2022: Indian stock market today ended in the red. While the BSE Sensex closed at 58,774.72 and was down by 310 points or 0.53 per cent, the Nifty50 ended down by 82 points or 0.47 per cent at 17522.45.

In the 30-share BSE Sensex, only 4 stocks were gainers at the closing time. The remaining 26 were losers. Meanwhile, in the 50-stock Nifty50 index, 16 advanced while 34 declined.

1) Maruti Suzuki Shares ended at Rs 8732.20, up 0.46 per cent on the BSE from the Wednesday closing price.  

2) SBI shares ended at Rs 520.55, up 0.3 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.

3) Dr Reddy’s Lab Shares ended at Rs 4225.70, up 0.20 per cent on the BSE from the Wednesday closing price.

4) Titan Shares ended at Rs 2460.40, up 0.02 per cent on the BSE from the Wednesday closing price.

Sensex top Losers:

1) Bajaj Finance Shares ended at Rs 7045.15, down 1.81 per cent on the BSE from the Wednesday closing price.  

2) Power Grid Shares ended at Rs 226.25, down 1.33 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

3) Infosys Shares ended at Rs 1518.85, down 1.2 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

4) TCS Shares ended at Rs 3218.10, down 1.14 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

5) Indusind Bank Company Shares ended at Rs 1089.35, down 1.1 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.

1) Shree Cement Shares ended at Rs 21630, up 1.32 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

2) Hindalco Industries Shares ended at Rs 434, up 1.2 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

3) Divi’s Laboratories Shares ended at Rs 3531, up 0.98 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

4) HDFC Life Shares ended at Rs 570.80, up 0.73 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.  

5) SBI Life Shares ended at Rs 1295, up 0.58 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.

1) Adani Ports Shares ended at Rs 815.70, down 2.46 per cent on the NSE from the Wednesday closing price.
