ConveGenius receives $7 million funding from UBS Optimus Foundation, Mount Judi Ventures, others

AI-first edtech startup ConveGenius has raised $7 million funding from Optimus Foundation and Mount Judi Ventures along with existing investors, the company announced on Thursday, January 11, 2023.
Existing investors who participated in the round include Michael & Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF), Bace Capital, Heritas Capital, and Gray Matters Capital.

ConveGenius was founded in 2013 by Jairaj Bhattacharya and Shashank Pandey. The company's three business verticals—SwiftChat's conversational AI bot store, which has 143 million registered user profiles and has been used by over 577,000 schools in India—illustrate the effectiveness of its chatbots in revolutionising interactive learning experiences. Meanwhile, Swift School's personalised adaptive learning platform, which has been installed in over 25,000 schools across 16 states in India, is providing immersive educational experiences to over 4 million children. Furthermore, Swift Insights' large-scale tests and data intelligence platform have played an important role in assessing learning outcomes for 7 million children across 20 states.
