Pluckk, a fresh food startup, has reached a remarkable milestone by achieving an annual revenue run rate (ARR) of Rs 100 crore during FY 2024. This achievement sets the stage for an ambitious target: doubling the revenue within the span of a year.

Pluckk has established itself as a prominent fresh food brand in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. Its presence extends across more than eight marketplace platforms, facilitating connections between farmers and over five lakh households. With a monthly delivery exceeding 20 lakh products, Pluckk has emerged as a frontrunner in the industry.
Strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Amazon, Swiggy, Zepto, and Blinkit have significantly contributed to Pluckk's profitability. Additionally, a fruitful collaboration with Kook, a leading Indian food-tech startup specializing in ready-to-cook meals, has further bolstered revenue streams. The endorsement of Bollywood icon Kareena Kapoor Khan as the brand ambassador has notably elevated Pluckk's brand visibility.
Growth strategy and technological advancements
Nelson D'Souza, CFO of Pluckk, emphasises the company's innovative approach, robust product portfolio, and strategic alliances as key drivers of growth. The company aims to double its revenue within the next 12 months while expanding its footprint to encompass 15 cities over the next three years.
Pluckk's success is underpinned by its technological prowess, notably demonstrated by its listing on ONDC and service to 5 lakh customers. The technical team's contributions are pivotal, evidenced by the development of a seller portal for farmers, product traceability across 1,000 partner farms, and advanced hygiene measures such as ozone washing. Moreover, the integration of AI systems ensures product quality, optimal pricing through auto pricing algorithms, efficient delivery routing, and real-time order tracking for seamless stock management.
