SoftBank warns Snapdeal on its merger with Flipkart

The merger of Snapdeal-Flipkart keeps taking new twists and turns everyday. Now, SoftBank has threatened to walk out of the deal if all the shareholders in Snapdeal do not vote in favour of a merger with Flipkart.
