How advanced levels of communication changing the way startups work?  How are your services helping them?

Over the years, communication tool has made it easier for startups and SME's to streamline their business operations.

With changing the external environment, customer interaction dynamics have also changed significantly. Your business success depends largely on how effectively you can communicate with your customers.

You should be able to clearly explain your products or services to your target audience. One cannot anticipate when a customer wishes to get in touch with you. Every business needs to be available 24 x 7 and this is where communication tools can power every business

With the help of communication tools, startups can foster their customer relationship which serves as a primary intangible asset for any business in the long run.

Do you think funding is one of the major problems for startups?

I don't believe funding is the major problem for startups. There are many aspects which one has to take care of when starting a business. It ranges from having right product to hiring right talent.

What is your expansion plan and turnover?

We are exponentially expanding our footprints in the international market. Currently, we are serving in 12 countries including US, UK, New Zealand & Middle East apart from India.

Tier-2 cities are another important market for MyOperator. We further expanding in the market across the country.

So far, our revenue turnover is 100% YOY growth & we expect to continue with this number.

 Have you received any funding from VCs?

Currently, we are a bootstrapped venture and is looking forward to a potential investor to invest in an organization.
