Registration under this program is at the discretion of SpiceJet. Once validated, the same shall be communicated to the SME Customer within ninety-six (96) hours of receipt of the request, subject to the form and documents being complete in all respects.

Upon approval of the registration request, SME Customer will receive a welcome email with all the account details such as Login ID and password.

Cancelation fee: 

As the passengers are eligible for a 50 percent waiver on the cancellation fee, the applicable cancellation fee is as provided below:

For domestic bookings which are:

Cancelled within 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is Rs 1,750 per person per sector.  Cancelled beyond 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is Rs 1,500 per person per sector.

International Bookings which are:

Cancelled within 96 hours from the scheduled departure time , is Rs 2,500 per person per sector. Cancelled beyond 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is INR 2,250 per person per sector.

It can be noted that flight changes / cancellations are permitted maximum up to 2 hours (Domestic) and up to 4 hours (International) prior to the scheduled departure time. Facilitation fees of Rs 250 shall be applicable for modifications requested through reservations or airport ticketing counters.
