Paytm Mall to launch Pre-GST Sale from June 13; to offer cashback, discounts on electronics, large appliances

With an aim to clear its stock sales ahead of the implementation of GST, Paytm Mall has announced 'Pre-GST Sale' starting from Tuesday which will have offers and discounts on electronics and large appliances.
Paytm Mall's 'Pre-GST Sale' will start from June 13 and will last till June 15.

“This Pre-GST Sale will see customers buy items including Televisions, Consumer durables, premium laptops and DSLRs at up to Rs 20,000 cashback, while products such as Bluetooth speakers, footwear and accessories will be sold at up to 50% off plus 25% cashback,” cited Paytm Mall in a release on Monday.
The government will introduce the goods and services tax (GST) nationwide on July 1 this year.
Paytm Mall's 'Pre-GST Sale' will host over 6,000 retailers across 500+ brands, with all major brand labels participating in the retail extravaganza, it said.
There will be discounts on a range of product categories like TV, laptops, mobile phones, ACs, refrigerators, DSLRs and Footwear among other items, the release noted.
Paytm Mall is a shopping app owned by mobile payments and commerce platform Paytm .
