The edtech start-up has been selected by Facebook for its global programme, FB Start which helps early stage mobile start-ups. As part of the programme Xprep will also get access to the community of developer and mentorship from FB's headquartered team of engineers.

XPrep serves as a platform to fill the gap within the tutor-parent community. It enables parents to monitor their child’s progress during the course of tuition while helping tutors serve their batches efficiently and scale their business. It equips its tutors with a mobile app to assist them in conducting their classroom and communicating with the parents in a transparent manner, all on their fingertips.

Mukul Rustagi, CEO, XPrep, commented, “There lies a huge opportunity in supplementing the assistance based offline education system using online technologies. We have to provide the kids with the best of both worlds. Paying customers are a testimony to our product and we aim to build better going ahead. FBStart is going to help us achieve this goal faster. ”
