Budget 2019: Hailing Finance Minister Piyush Goyal's budget 2019 proposal to provide 3 per cent tax benefit to the women owned Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs), women entrepreneurs of India have said that the move will ensure better opportunity for women in the MSME segment through active participation of women in the MSME sector.
