Small business lending platform Biz2Credit announces ESOP’s worth $12.25 million for India workforce

Biz2Credit, a small business lending platform, has announced its ESOP policy for its India workforce.

The company which provides an online marketplace for small business funding has said that the progressive and inclusive scheme will cover almost 100% of the workforce in the country. It will reward people for their commitment and contribution.

Anupama Garg, senior vice president & head, HR (India), said that since its inception in 2007, the company has taken employee-centricity initiatives and it remains the core focus of the management.

"Our ESOP plan which has the potential for long term wealth creation for all our employees,” Garg said.
