Real estate consulting firm Jenika Ventures aims for threefold growth, targets Rs 1000 crore sales figure by yearend
As part of its strategic expansion plan, the company is looking to make its presence felt in key cities such as Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR.
Real estate consulting firm Jenika Ventures has announced that it is set to surpass sales figure of Rs 1000 crore by the end of 2024. Since its inception in December 2020, the company says that it has crossed the Rs 400 crore sales mark with more than 500 satisfied customers.
Additionally, as part of its strategic expansion plan, the company is looking to make its presence felt in key cities such as Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR. The company states that the move aligns with its vision to establish a strong foothold in major markets and cater to a wider audience. It also informed that it is considering expanding into additional tier 2 cities soon.
The company has sold over 3 lakh square feet in the Delhi-NCR region, and established a strong presence in the real estate sector. Over the years, it has associated with builders such as DLF, Tata, Godrej, Lodha, Max, L&T, Prestige, Omaxe, Bhutani, M3M, Ace, ATS and others across India.
