Man Infraconstruction announces sea-facing residential project near Marine Lines in Mumbai

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL), the infrastructure and construction major, has bagged an ultra-luxurious project at Marine Lines in South Mumbai. This is the second such project by MICL in this area and the residential structures will surpass the height of above 800 feet.
"With a proven track record of delivering all its 16 projects before time, MICL group intends to deliver this project in a span of 5 years from launch date. With the total construction area of approximately 22 lakh square feet offering a RERA carpet area of around 5.3 lakh square feet for sale, the project is expected to generate total sales value of above Rs. 2,100 crore," the company said.
The project is executed under the company's asset-light Development Management (DM) model and it has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Shreepati Zaoba Housing LLP.
Earlier, the company announced the launch of a luxury housing project in Mumbai. The project has been unveiled in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. The project features 4 Lakh square feet of carpet area.
According to the company, it aims to generate a revenue of Rs 1,200 crore over the upcoming four years from the said project.
"Aaradhya OnePark introduces the Innovative Community Living Concept, offering ultra-luxurious residences in 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK configuration as well as featuring 50+ lifestyle amenities. This expansive project spans across 12,000+ square meter gated community of 10 societies, located at Ratilal B. Mehta Road (60 Feet Road), Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai," the company said in an exchange filing.
