IWG, which owns brands such as Regus and Spaces, is responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Maharashtra. The new location in Nashik, situated along the Godavari River, marks a significant milestone in IWG’s expansion strategy and is designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses embracing hybrid work models, as per the official release.

The 739 sqm Regus center will cater to a wide range of industries including automotive, metals, agritech, food processing, logistics, and capital goods. With private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and creative zones, the center will offer customizable workspace solutions for both established companies and start-ups, said the release.

Harsh Lambah, Country Manager for India and Vice President of Sales at IWG, stated, "Nashik boasts excellent connectivity to major commercial hubs like Mumbai and Pune, while serving as a crucial gateway to both Maharashtra’s industrial sector and its expansive agricultural heart. This new center will offer a range of flexible workspace solutions, including customizable office spaces and suites that can be rented on short or long-term contracts, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client."

The new opening follows IWG’s impressive growth in 2024, which saw the company sign 465 new locations globally in the first half of the year. IWG’s expansion reflects the increasing shift towards hybrid work, with flexible workspaces predicted to account for 30 per cent of all commercial real estate by 2030.
