Hampton Sky Realty to venture into hospitality

Ludhiana and Delhi-based real estate developer Hampton Sky Realty Ltd has announced its plans for constructing luxury hotels in collaboration with esteemed luxury hotel chains.
The company, in an exchange filing, said that the proposed hotels would be developed on land owned by Hampton. For this, the company has partnered with renowned luxury hotel brands.
"Hampton also plans to secure collaboration with a leading operational management company. This strategic collaboration will ensure that the hotel’s operations are managed and handled by experts, guaranteeing a seamless and luxurious stay for all guests," the company said.
"The new hotel(s) will feature a range of luxurious accommodations, world-class dining options, spa and wellness facilities, and cutting-edge conference and event spaces. It aims to attract both leisure and business travelers, providing a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication," it further said.
Earlier, the real estate company announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of FY24. As per the financial results for the quarter and nine months, the company reported an increase in revenue from operations reaching Rs 59.02 crore.
The company's EBITDA (Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) stood at Rs 7.68 crore with an increase of 81 per cent from Rs 4.24 crore in Q3FY23.
