Eros Group has announced its Sampoornam 3 project in Greater Noida West has witnessed an overwhelming response from homebuyers after receiving UP RERA registration number of the project. Right before the official launch, the project has sold an inventory worth Rs 200 crore.

According to the company, it has invested Rs 400 crore in these 5 towers of Sampoornam 3.

Spanning over 21,728 square meters (approximately 5.37 acres), Eros Sampoornam 3 comprises 11 towers, offering a mix of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The initial sales opened for 5 of these towers, which alone house 318 units out of the total 726 units across the project.

The project has received its UP RERA number (UPRERAPRJ512436/07/2024). The official launch, scheduled for August 30th, 2024, will now be a formal celebration, as 150 units have already been booked, further solidifying the project’s success.

In addition to its prime location in Greater Noida, Eros Sampoornam 3 offers amenities like swanky community center, a gated community with three-tier security, and an impressive floor area ratio (FAR) of 2.75.  

Eros Group’s earlier phases of Sampoornam have already set high standards in the region, with Sampoornam 1 successfully received OC for 258 flats and 90 shops, complete with a community centre, further reinforcing the trust and credibility in the EROS brand.

The project is conveniently located near the upcoming Aqua Line metro station of NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) in Sector 2 and situated on a 130-meter-wide main road connecting KP-5 and Depot metro station in Greater Noida.
