DDA New Housing Scheme: Now your dream of owning a house in Delhi may be fulfilled in just Rs 11 lakh. On the occasion of Rakshabandhan on Monday (August 19, 2024) , DDA launched 3 new housing schemes.
DDA New Housing Scheme: One of the biggest dreams for every middle class family is to have their own house. In such a situation, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan on Monday, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) gave you a chance to fulfill this dream for just Rs 11 lakh as it launched 3 new housing schemes. DDA is going to sell about 40,000 flats in these three schemes.
DDA flat booking starts
DDA said that these three housing schemes for the people are starting from August 19, 2024.
Brochures of these schemes will be uploaded on the official website of DDA today.
After which, the applicant can get themselves registered by depositing the registration amount.
DDA launches 3 housing schemes
1. DDA Affordable Home Housing Scheme 2024
DDA launched this housing scheme on first come first serve basis, in which cheap houses will be built for low income group people.
Under this scheme, LIG and EWS flats are being built in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, and Narela.
The starting price for these houses will be Rs 11.5 lakh.
2. DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024
DDA launched this scheme on first come first serve basis.
Under this scheme, HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats will be built in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, the price of which will start from Rs 29 lakh.
3. DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
DDA said that this scheme has been launched on the basis of e-auction.
In which MIG, HIG, and high category flats have been offered in Sector 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka.
The starting price of which is Rs 1.28 crore.
