But this locker is not available for free as you have to pay many types of charges (Bank Locker Charges), including locker rent. Different banks charge different rates for lockers. Know the locker charges of banks such as SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Ban, Canara Bank, and Axis Bank.

SBI Locker Charge
Before taking a locker in State Bank of India, you have to keep in mind that you may have to pay several charges ranging from locker rent to opening it, visiting it repeatedly, etc. This charge can range from Rs 1,500 to Rs 9,000 and you will also have to pay GST separately on it. You will also have to pay a charge of Rs 500-Rs 1,000 for registration.
Canara Bank Locker Charge
In Canara Bank, you will have to pay Rs 400 along with GST just for registration. The locker rent can range from Rs 1,000 to Rs 10,000. This charge depends on the facilities you want to aval and the size of the locker.
HDFC Bank Locker Charge
If you open a locker in HDFC Bank, you may have to pay a charge of Rs 500 to Rs 20,000. The charge depends on the area in which you are availing the locker facility and also the size of the locker.
Axis Bank Locker Charge
If you want a locker in Axis Bank, you may have to pay locker charges ranging from Rs 1,500 to around Rs 14,256.
ICICI Bank Locker Charge
ICICI Bank also has different types of locker charges depending on the area and size of the locker. These charges range from Rs 1,200 to Rs 22,000.
