Everybody wants to get rich. People follow those who have earned respect in the field of investment. When we are talking about investment, how can we forget Warren Buffett - the man synonymous with investment. Buffett also says that the keen investor should never try to listen to macroeconomic calls when making individual decisions. “You cannot get rich with a weather vane,” says one of his statements.

During a stock trade, someone buys the share, while the other one sells it. So, the decisions of both investors are different. Therefore, an investor should never really listen to anyone when investing.

If it would have been so easy to become a millionaire, each one out in the market should have been seen roaming with millions in hand. Becoming rich requires hard work, dedication, planning, research and smart decision making, feels the Oracle of Omaha.

"I always trust my choices, though sometimes, I fail making good ones but still believes my own guts and knowledge,'' says Buffett. Nobody is perfect or has a sense about a company or business that is going to do miracles in future. So, don't believe anyone, do what your heart says.

While this advice from Buffett is quite old, it still stands strong in the market, helping investors to learn and earn.
