Lara Dutta said that the world has changed in many respects for all, including the entertainment industry since the entry of the digital media and it has been growing from strength to strength thereafter. Lara said that the game of viewing content has changed forever. Earlier the options before viewers were limited, but now viewing choices have exploded as there are a number of digital platforms to view different types of content - It has also provided more options to actors too.
Lara Dutta is starring in her latest venture named '100'. This is an exciting show and Lara has made a telling impact with her sensitive portrayal of her character. Surely a treat is waiting for fans with Lara essaying the role in her admirable, inimitable way. Lara, who is a former Miss Universe, is playing a cop for the first time in her career. "I found that extremely challenging and a lot of fun," she said.
Notably, her film No Entry was a turning point for the actress in her career and she has been able to create a space for herself in the comedy genre.
Lara has not let herself be confined to acting alone. She has spread her wings and entered the world of entrepreneurship too. In fact, she has become the first actress to become a female producer in the industry as per her own admission and produced a film called Chalo Dilli in 2011. This trend has picked up now among the female actresses.
Lara credits her success to her ability to venture into different things and not allowing herself to be restricted in any way.
On her life during the lockdown, Lara said that she has been very busy. She also said that fitness is an important part of her routine.
About, her entrepreneurial venture Arias, Dutta said that the brand was created to cater to the special requirements of Indians. There are big international brands but they have not been able to completely capture the special requirements of Indian. To understand the special needs of Indians, research and development on the product was carried out for almost 2 years, she revealed.
Dutta was crowned Miss Universe 2000. Since then, she has worked in several films including Andaaz (2003), Masti (2004), No Entry (2005), Fanaa (2006), Bhagam Bhag (2006), Jhoom Barabar Jhoom (2007), Partner (2007) Housefull (2010), And Don 2 (2011). Lara Dutta is also an entrepreneur.
