Skip call centre queue with Indigo's Plan B Service for cancelled, rescheduled flights
You are eligible for Plan B if your flight has been cancelled or your flight timing has been brought forward by 1 hour or more from the scheduled time of departure, or postponed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled time of departure.
Did your Indigo flight got cancelled or there is a schedule change? If yes, then you can opt for the budget carrier's Plan B Service.
The airline has informed about the same via a tweet. "6EUpdate: Currently, we're experiencing high call volumes at our contact centre. If your flight is cancelled or there is a schedule change, we recommend you skip the call centre queue and get similar experience by opting for Plan B service https://bit.ly/2gN0JGx," IndiGo tweeted.

As per the information provided, you are eligible for Plan B if your flight has been cancelled or your flight timing has been brought forward by 1 hour or more from the scheduled time of departure, or postponed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled time of departure.
It can be noted that with Plan B, you can change the time and/or date of your flight or cancel and process refund, at no additional cost, as per the information provided by the airline.

Tips for Plan B:
1. You can review and accept the revised flight to avoid receiving repeated text messages.
2. You can view and rebook another flight as per your convenience.
3. You can cancel and process refund.
How it works?
Step 1: Enter PNR details- Enter your PNR/Booking reference number and Email ID/Last name.
Step 2: Select change flight or cancel flight- You can change the time and/or date of your flight or cancel and process refund.
In case you opt for a refund then you can know that once processed, the refund will reflect in your account in 7 business days. For agency booking customers need to contact the concerned travel agencies for the refund.
