SBI! 

For home loans to women up to Rs 30 lakhs, SBI offers an interest rate of 8.75% - 8.85% to salaried and 8.90% - 9% to non-salaried. Meanwhile, in others category, the salaried has to pay 8.85% - 8.90% interest rates, whereas the non-salaried ones between 8.95% to 9.05%. 

For loans above Rs 30 lakhs but  up till Rs 75 lakhs, then interest rate between 9% to 9.10% is levied for salaried woman and between 9.15% to 9.25% for non-salaried women. The interest rates are higher by 5 basis points for others category. 

Loans above Rs 75 lakhs, will result in 9% to 9.10% for salaried women and 9.15% to 9.25% to non-salaried ones. In case of other categories, the interest rate is higher by 5 basis points from women.

HDFC Bank! 

Compared to SBI, the interest rate provided by HDFC Bank on home loans is slightly higher. 

For upto Rs 30 lakh home loan, HDFC Bank gives 8.90% interest to salaried women and 9.05% interest to non-salaried ones. Similarly, others category have 8.95% interest rates for salaried employees and 9.10% for non-salaried. 

Women opting for home loan between Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs, if they are salaried employee then interest rate of 9.05% is charged while for non-salaried it is 9.20%. For others category, the interest rate is 5 basis point higher than compared to women, ranging from 9.10% to 9.25%.

Above Rs 75 lakhs home loan, then a salaried woman will have to pay 9.10% interest rate and if they are non-salaried then this rate is higher at 9.25%. For others category, this interest rate comes at 9.15% for salaried employee and 9.30% for non-working class.

ICICI Bank! 

This banks interest rates on home loan is divided into salaried employee and self-employed. 

For salaried employees - loan up to Rs 35 lakhs sees 9.10% interest, whereas 9.20% and 9.25% is levied on loan between Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs and above Rs 75 lakhs. 

For self employed - loan up to Rs 35 lakhs has 9.15% interest rate, followed by 9.25% on home loan between Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs. Meanwhile a rate of 9.30% is levied on home loans above Rs 75 lakhs.

From the above it can be said, that largest lender SBI provides better interest rate on home loan than compared to HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. With this even EMIs at SBI becomes cheap for a borrower.
