SBI online: Amid Coronavirus lockdown, use this app for all credit card issues

SBI online: All State Bank of India (SBI) credit card users who have grievances or issues with regards to their cards can now use 24x7 Digital channels like website, Chatbot ILA or Mobile App to get them addressed now. Amid the 21-day nationwide lockdown till 14 April, SBI Cards & Payments Services Ltd which provides the SBI Card service to customers is working remotely to ensure employee and customer safety.

You can use the convenient SBI Card Mobile App to access its services. First know how to download and access it.

The SBI Card users can download the SBI Card mobile application on their iOS, Android and Windows devices through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Nokia Lumia Marketplace respectively.

How to access SBI card Mobile App:

-- Login using your SBI Card Online user ID and password. You will need data access or internet connection on your device to use this application.

If you have still not created your SBI Card Online user ID and password, just download SBI Card App or visit sbicard.com and follow the steps given below to register.

-- Click on the ‘First time user link’
-- Provide your card details, CVV number and date of birth and click on ‘Proceed’. You will now receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number
-- Fill in OTP in the space provided and press ‘Proceed'
-- Now set your user ID and Password by filling in the details and then ‘Confirm’.
-- Your username and password is now generated which can be used to access the SBI Card App

SBI Card Mobile App allows you to access the following card details:
-- Account Summary - details of dues, payments made
-- Card Statement
-- Unbilled Transactions
-- Transaction and Payment History by date
-- Available limits for cash and credit
-- Reward Points Summary, including available redemption offers
-- Trending deals available on your card

You can also create following requests:
-- Update contact details
-- Manage card PIN
-- Subscribe for E-statement or Duplicate Statement
-- Block Lost/Stolen card
-- Replace/Reissue of card
-- Activate International Usage
-- Increase Credit Limit (available to eligible cardholders only)
-- Upgrade existing Card (available to eligible cardholders only)
