In order to avail the contactless banking services, an SBI customer simply has to dial the toll-free numbers 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800. The SBI customer must remember that he or she can avail these contactless services through the registered mobile number. The different services offered by the SBI are as follows:

1) Balance and last five transactions at IVR

2) Balance and last five transactions through SMS

3) Request for blocking and reissuance of ATM card

4) Generation of ATM/ Green PIN
