In this situation, the State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced several contactless banking services for the convenience of its customers.

The largest public sector lender in the country, time and again has reminded its customers about the contactless services that can be availed by the SBI customers. Recently, the SBI has again tweeted from its official Twitter handle regarding the contactless services offered by the bank. The SBI tweet said, "Stay safe at home, we are there to serve you. SBI provides you a contactless service that will help you with your urgent banking needs. Call our toll free number 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800."
In order to avail the contactless banking services, an SBI customer simply has to dial the toll free numbers 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800. The SBI customer must remember that he or she can avail these contactless services through the registered mobile number. The different services offered by the SBI are as follows:
1) Balance and last five transactions at IVR
2) Balance and last five transactions through SMS
3) Request for blocking and reissuance of ATM card
4) Generation of ATM/ Green PIN
5) For the issue of new ATM card after blocking of the old ATM card
An SBI customer must note that by dialing the toll-free numbers 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800 from the registered mobile number, one can avail the various contactless services provided without stepping outdoors.
