Meanwhile, SBI has asked its customers to link their PAN with Aadhaar to avoid any inconvenience and continue enjoying a seamless banking service.
The Income Tax Department has extended the last date for Aadhaar PAN link till September 30, 2021. Earlier it was June 30 to seed Aadhaar with PAN card.
SBI has also tweeted reminding its customers to link their Aadhaar with PAN on its official Twitter handle. The tweet mentioned: "We advise our customers to link their PAN with Aadhaar to avoid any inconvenience and continue enjoying a seamless banking service."
