PNB ONE: Pay to Contact facility! Send money through mobile number- Check the registration process here

As digitalisation has gained momentum amid the Covid-19 pandemic almost all the works are being done with the use of mobile phones and internet. From studies to availing banking facilities everything can be done online.

Instead of keeping cash people are preferring doing online transactions. People can also send money to their loved ones using PNB ONE.

PNB ONE is a unified Mobile Banking application enriched with several features providing all banking facilities at a single platform. It allows user to perform major banking requirements through the application on 24*7 basis anywhere and anytime without visiting the branch.

It is secure application, having biometric authentication along with MPIN and every transaction is authenticated through transaction password.

Those who are interested in using the application can know the registration process below:

1. Download PNB ONE from Play Store or App Store and click on “New User”.

2. Enter Account number and select appropriate option for registration as per your choice as displayed- Mobile banking or Both( Internet Banking & Mobile banking).

3. An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed further.

4. Enter your linked Card number and PIN number.

5. Set your login and Transaction password.

6. After completing above mentioned steps, on successful registration, you will get a success message with “User id” for login.

7. Click on “Sign in” at the bottom of the page.

8. Enter your User id and Set your MPIN.

9. Login with these credentials in PNB ONE.

You can also reset your password online. To reset password you can select “Trouble Sign-in” link given on the home page of PNB ONE. Check the process here:

1. Click on “Trouble Sign-in”.

2. Select option as “ Forgot Password”.

3. Enter User ID.

4. Enter further details- Account number, linked Debit Card and PIN of Debit Card.

5. Proceed further and enter NEW password- Transaction and Login password.

However you need to note that for using PNB ONE you need to have an active account with Punjab National Bank, mobile number registered with the Bank, smart phone with or above android version 5.1.0 and iOS version of 9 and above.
