Under the PM Kisan Yojana, eligible farmer families receive Rs 6,000 per year, distributed in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. Till now, 17 installments have been credited, and approximately 12 crore farmers are expected to benefit from the upcoming 18th installment. However, to receive the Rs 2,000 from the 18th installment, farmers must complete the following three tasks:
1. Complete eKYC
2. Link Your Bank Account with Aadhaar
3. Verify Your Land Records

How to Complete eKYC

Farmers can easily complete their eKYC from home using the face authentication feature on the "PM Kisan mobile app", available on the Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can visit the official PM Kisan website and select the eKYC option. If you face difficulties, assistance is available at your nearest Common Service Center (CSC).

Link Your Bank Account with Aadhaar

The PM Kisan funds are transferred directly to beneficiaries' accounts through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. It is essential to link your bank account with your Aadhaar number. If you have applied for the scheme, make sure to verify this connection and ensure that the DBT option is activated; otherwise, the Rs 2,000 installment will not be credited.

Verify Your Land Records

Farmers must also ensure that their land records are verified for the PM Kisan Yojana. If land records are not verified, the installment funds may be delayed.
